Aquariums...

Speaking of dreams do you still remember your silliest dream when you where little? I do! lol I wished I could live inside the aquarium and be the first Thumbelina mixed with Little Mermaid person in the world (part of me being weird!)

I really enjoyed watching all those fairytales when I was little that I always bug my mom to tell me where Little Mermaid lives or where did Thumbelina’s mom bought that flower where Thumbelina came from… I really enjoyed watching those small people on Gulliver’s travels. I thought how cool it would be if I could just swim from just a bowl of water or be with the fishes inside the aquarium.
What a silly dream it is and now that I am older I guess I have settled with the next best thing. That is having an aquarium. Some people don’t like having fish for a pet because you can’t play with them like dogs can. But looking at my fishes swim through their small tank relaxes me in some way. I don’t know why (maybe I’m that dull) but I could just stare at them for hours and don’t get bored (yeah i guess I am dull... )

My dream car

I have a recent entry about how much I love taking public transportation but there could be some disadvantages with it. Especially when you’re in hurry and that the jeepney that you’re riding is not full. And the driver is always making unnecessary stop to get more passengers. Argh! If killing a person is not against the law lol
That’s why having my own car is still on my want lists, I don’t know when I’m gonna get it but I know exactly what I want. The Beetle 2000 (not sure if it’s the right name though). Since the first time I saw this car on Mandy Moore’s music video Candy my mind is all set that this is the car I want! Presently I don’t have a life savings and I can’t get my credit card application accepted but that doest stop me from dreaming. Hey it’s still free to dream you know!

My jeeney ride adventure

Everyday I take a public transportation called jeepney or saraw to take me anyway where I want to go. I know most people in my country could relate to what I’m about to share each ride I take in our jeepneys…

For those who haven’t got the privilege we enjoy I’ll describe how our jeepneys look like from inside. As you can see in the picture it’s really colorful. About 16 people could fit at the back, 8 on each side. Passengers are sitted facing each other. Some jeepneys have a cd player or a small tv inside to entertain their passengers. It’s like a public bus only smaller.
I love taking the jeepney on my way to work. It gives me time to think about things and I sometimes meet long lost friends. Don’t mean to sound so weird or anything but it’s always one of my most favorite part of my day (yep I think I’m that shallow I guess, even taking jeepney rides makes me happy) Each ride I take is like taking a new adventure. Or it’s like reading a new book about other people’s lives. Like during rush hours when everybody is on a hurry to get somewhere. I’m always joined in by my fellow employees on their way to work or students some still studying for an exam. You can really tell if they are on a hurry because they keep on looking on their watch or asking the driver to go faster. What I really enjoy is when a passenger would make a scene. Mostly an elderly would scold the driver for making the music way too loud, that he couldn’t hear when a passenger want to g off (by the way our jeepneys could stop anywhere just as long as its not on the middle of the street) There are some special instance where something new and unexpected would happened. I call them my best seller! Just like this morning where I joined a group of student in the jeepney. There was no music so there’s nothing to distract my attention. When suddenly a guy started to tap his palms and stomp his right foot as if playing a drum set. He was really concentrating as if not thinking of other passengers looking at him. The weirdest part is that I almost joined in tapping with him lol. That would be like one of those advertisements of a soda or something. But that was it! That was how I started my day… and I can’t wait what will happen tomorrow on my jeepney ride adventure!

The word Disambiguation we don’t often hear the use of this word right? I was looking for a good one word title for my new blog and I came across with this word. It means clarification or illumination, which I hope this blog would bring for its readers. Expect to read simple yet important things that we tend to neglect in life…
